My path and purpose in life is to be a clear, centred and protected energetic channel and conduit. My capacity to perceive, intuit, understand and work with energy allows me to “see beyond the veil”. All services I offer are essentially an expression of that - and then directing the energy with a diverse toolbox that I have been honing for lifetimes.

Having had a 10 year professional background as a Human Resource Manager, I appreciate the journey of discovering a sense of self, beyond what our mind thinks we are. Transforming my life from corporate to the spiritual has been an inside job - a complete transformation of myself. I come from an analytical, logical and linear mindset, so practising the art of intuition, and connecting to the spiritual realm has been no easy feat.

In 2013, I experienced my initial spiritual awakening in Nepal whilst on a 22 day trek through the Himalayas. I was shown how much more there was to life than what I was aware of at the time. When I returned, I opened my women’s coaching business, Coach Kate, which primarily focused on physical, mental and emotional wellness. In 2017, I left the HR profession to focus on my young family and my coaching business.

My very private journey with spirituality, energy and intuition commenced in 2014, and since that time I have integrated the teachings of many inspirational spiritual mentors. I was blessed to mentor with professional psychic and published author, Helen Jacobs, for 8 years. But it wasn’t until 2020, that I felt truly brave enough to incorporate spirituality, intuition and energetics into my coaching business. I complimented this psychic development with Archangel Mediumship, and have completed Levels 1 & 2 as an Angel Messenger. I then completed a 9 month program of Light Leadership with the Archangels.

In more recent times, I have answered a strong calling to dive deeper into shamanic practices to compliment my existing soul service work in energy healing, psychic development, feminine embodiment and plant medicine healing. I have embarked upon spiritual pilgrimages through the sacred sites of Peru and Bolivia in 2023 and 2025. I have experienced many ceremonial blessings from the Maestros and Shamans, including multiple Karpays (traditional initiations) in Munay, Llankay, Pleiades, Chakaruna, Jaguar, and Chumpi Healing Stones with the Qeros Maestros from the Apaza family.  In 2025, I’m undertaking a 12 month Medicine Woman apprenticeship of Hampiq Ñust’a, and will be returning to Peru in May 2026 for continued growth and learning. I am learning Spanish with great joy and excitement!

In 2025, I took over as the Owner & Operator of Morning Ritual Cacao - native heirloom cacao from the Chazuta Valley in Northern Peru. Having served cacao in ceremony for many years, this opportunity is something I’m very excited about. To be the custodian and guardian of such a sacred medicine is a responsibility that I take seriously, and nothing brings me more joy than introducing her to those seeking grounding, heart activation and healing.

My life journey has not been linear by any means, as often is the case when following our intuition. My biggest training has been in the school of life - my professional background, my circumstances, health challenges and childhood wounding. I am always having to remind myself that there really is no destination when it comes to spiritual evolution and healing. To bring myself back to the present moment, and what I am currently learning about myself and what healing needs to take place, as reflected by my external circumstances. Everything that occurs outside of us, is an invitation to reflect within. We can’t use spirituality to bypass the human experience. It’s via the human experience that soul growth can occur!
